Maxillary full arch Implant
restoration

Before/After

case case

The patient’s chief complaint was “I don’t like my denture. I must take it out.
I want to get something fixed like implants”.

She had been using the current complete denture for one year. She did not like being removable and desired to chew as much as her natural teeth.

The above images are before and after the treatment.
She was satisfied with the outcome esthetically and functionally.
She is enjoying the food with permanent teeth now.

Maxillary and Mandibular
complete dentures

Before/After

case case

She visited our office with a chief complaint of “I need new dentures because they are broken and don’t fit well. I don’t like the appearance as well”.

The first thing that I must consider is if patients can psychologically and structurally accept the complete denture treatment because those factors will affect the outcome of the treatment. If I skip this step, they will not be satisfied with it. The treatment started with the examination and diagnosis.

In this case, she wanted to get a natural look, not a denture look so I characterized the teeth to match her age, face and smile.

She was satisfied with the treatment result. Her smile looks natural now.

Full mouth reconstruction
using implants

Before/After

case case

The patient could not chew at all when he visited our office. He said “I was ashamed of my oral condition. I cannot show my teeth to people, so I hide my mouth with my beard.

The images above are before and after the treatment.

We kept his teeth when the prognoses were good or fair and used implants for missing teeth areas. Removal of his natural teeth is easy, but it will never come back, so the decision to make should be carefully decided.

He was satisfied with the outcome and does not need to hide his teeth anymore.

Full mouth reconstruction
using orthodontic treatment

Before/After

case case

The patient’s chief complaint was “I don’t like my smile. There are many spaces when I smile. I want to fix my teeth”.

From the examination and diagnosis, we decided to proceed with the orthodontic treatment first to move his teeth to ideal positions, so that we could reduce the reduction of each tooth structure when we prepped the teeth.

The consideration of remaining tooth structure is an important factor in dental treatment because as tooth structure decreases, the prognosis of the tooth is prone to decrease.

The images above are before and after the treatment.
He was satisfied with the outcome and our team achieved the minimally invasive treatment to fix his problem.

Full mouth reconstruction in
the case of asymmetrical jaw

Before/After

case case

case case

The patient had problems in function and esthetic. The removable partial denture always hurts her gum, and she couldn’t smile because of the metal clasps and crowns shown.

This case was not easy to treat since her jaw was tilted. We needed to consider not only the teeth repaired but also the teeth' position and shape in harmony with her smile.

The treatment progressed smoothly on the precise examination and correct diagnosis.

We provided the final restorations after an observation period with the provisional restorations to make sure the esthetic and function were ok.

The images above are before and after the treatment.
As you can see, she has a great smile now.

Single implant-supported crown

Before/After

case case

The patient had pain in his Maxillary canine on the right side when he visited our office. He also wanted to get a crown for his missing teeth area so that he can chew well.

After the examination and diagnosis, the root of the canine was fractured. The tooth needed to be extracted. After healing of the bone and gum, implants were placed.

The images above are before and after the treatment.
He was satisfied with the treatment result.

Can you tell which one is the implant and which one is his natural teeth?

The treatment outcome would not be great if we do not have the proper treatment planning and diagnosis before starting.
There are so many things that we need to consider even if it is a single tooth.
